1. Pack your products in the original packaging and include all documents, accessories and instructions that you have received. Please also enclose your proof of purchase and let us know why and how many products you are returning.
2. Our customer service will issue a DHL return slip. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
at +49 03031484861 GMT so that we can issue you a return slip after you have given your order number and have confirmed your address.
3. Once you have the return slip, please contact DHL at +49(0)228 43331122** to arrange a pickup from your home or office, possible in all cities within Germany. Please stick the prepaid return slip on the outside of the package so that it covers all previous address labels. Normally it takes 5-10 working days until the package has arrived at the responsible department and has been processed. Please note that the package must be dispatched within 30 days for the purchase price to be refunded. Refunds are always made using the original payment method.
Customers accept the risk that products may be lost if we do not receive or accept them via DHL. You have the option of checking the shipment status www.dhl_shop.det o track.
